Mechanics
Your daily English habit — the engine of the program.
▶ TV series — the 4-pass method
45–60 min · 2–3 episodes/week. The brain remembers scenes, not word lists.
- 1Read the subtitles first (in your native language) before watching. Mark every unknown word.
- 2Watch with native-language subtitles for full context. Don't pause — absorb the story and tone.
- 3Watch again with English subtitles. Pause on marked words; hear how they're really pronounced.
- 4Watch a third time with no subtitles. Your ears catch what your eyes were doing for you.
- 5Add all marked words to your flashcards the same day. Review them first thing tomorrow.
Pro tip: pick a show you genuinely want to keep watching — motivation beats technique.
